MP Associates, Inc. is a Boulder, Colorado based conference and tradeshow services and exhibits management company. We formed in 1984. Today we are a full-service company providing services and management for event registration, conference, electronic paper submission and review, seminar and meeting programs, venue selection, exhibitions, databases, promotion and aggressive internet marketing initiatives.

Our internet marketing initiatives have produced increased numbers of attendee registration over previous years. We consider this to be the up and coming tradeshow service for those who want to see their event grow.

Our staff of nineteen dedicated professionals has over 100 years combined experience in organizing events large and small. We have a significant network of affiliations with major visitors' bureaus, convention centers, hotel companies, decorators and other support services critical to event success. These relationships, when combined with the infrastructure MPA has built, allow us to support events of all sizes and service requirements efficiently and effectively.

MPA strives to continually improve and enhance its electronic submissions and review sites in response to user feedback and changing technologies (details of adopting new technologies follows in our response to the next question.) These enhancements have been done at no additional cost to our existing clientel.

MPA electronic submission system is part of an enterprise solution to maintain and update our client's mailing list. This includes real-time updates to email addresses and contact information that rolls through our systems to ensure that all client marketing and informational emails reach the broadest audience possible.
